Our client in the Information Technology industry is currently looking for a Candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support to asset management revenue and management fee system as the application platform, including user assistance
• Collating and documenting requirements on new portfolios/clients added.
• Impact assessment of new additions
• Provide development requirements to developer on system enhancements and scheduler changes
• Data mapping and XML editing
• Monitoring of monthly fee data import and export process
• Checking the invoicing and bank payments done on the system.
• System administration and configuration
• Logging of requests with vendor and vendor management on their tasks
• Data queries and data checks on source systems.
• Handling production critical systems
• Working under production critical SLAs
• Change management on enhancements and updates to the system.
• Understanding of deployment topologies and system communications.
• SQL database experience to extract data.
• Server performance monitoring
• Troubleshoots/triaging production issues affecting Application platforms as needed, taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to ensure capacity, scaling, security and availability of Application platforms

Requirements:

• IT or Business degree and/or Business Analysis diploma
• Minimum of 3 years Business or System support experience at a Financial Institution, preferably an asset management company
• Revenue and management fee system experience would be beneficial
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and instruments
• Test analyst capabilities is advantageous
