Requirements: 

• Matric
• Own transport and valid Drivers License 
• 1 years’ working experience in a similar environment
• Network connectivity (specifically Ubiquity & Mikrotik)
• PC Hardware setup, support and Maintenance
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows & Office 365
• Good understanding of virtual environments and VM Backups
• IP Telephone Support & IP Video surveillance
• Windows Server (Active Directory & Domain Controllers)
• Synology DS Stations
• CCTV Installation
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to adapt to change
• Willingness to learn
• Valid Driver's License 
• Must be able to work Standby

Qualifications:

• A+, N+ or MCSDT/MCSA qualifications will be an added advantage
